Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is occurred when the coherent oscillation of electron charges along the metallic boundaries were induced by the probing light, and the probing light were then recorded by analyzer to identify the resonant condition for recognizing the bio-interactions. Since the entire detection is based on the refractive indices change of analytes, SPR biosensor permits a label-free, non-invasive, rapid diagnosis, and high sensitivity detection. In our group, we further promote the performance of SPR biosensor in different interrogations by realizing the sensing mechanism and detecting configurations.
